These symptoms may result from catheter use or conditions such as cystitis, prostatitis, urethritis, urethrocystitis, and urethrotrigonitis.

Flavoxate works by decreasing muscle spasms in the urinary tract and bladder. Beneficial effects on the bladder muscles may occur as quickly as 2 to 3 hours after taking the medication.

If you have not discussed this with your doctor or are not sure why you are taking Pms Flavoxate, speak to your doctor. Do not stop taking Pms Flavoxate without consulting your doctor.

Do not give Pms Flavoxate to anyone else, even if they have the same symptoms as you do. It can be harmful for people to take Pms Flavoxate if their doctor has not prescribed it.
