Before using Otrivin Complet (Xylometazoline-eent), the nose should be blown gently. Do not use this medication for more than 3 to 5 days in a row.

Nasal spray: The usual recommended dose for adults is one to three sprays in each nostril every 8 to 10 hours. The head should be tilted slightly forward while using the spray. Breathe deeply.
